CAA commemorated Workers’ Memorial Day by hosting a ceremony at Provand’s Lordship Garden, Glasgow. Among those in attendance were representatives from Thompsons Solicitors, Dave Moxham – Deputy General Secretary of the STUC and representatives from Glasgow City Council, including Councillors Philip Braat and Craig Mackay. The ceremony culminated with Willie Piggot and John McCaffrey(CAA members from Greenock) laying a wreath in memory of all those who have died from industrial accidents and diseases.
