At present CAA host support groups in Inverness, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Forth Valley and Ayrshire. We would would now like to invite those living in the Glasgow area to come along to our new Glasgow support group, which we hope to host once a month.

Aberdeen Memorial Day
More than 80 people attended a special memorial held by Clydeside Action on Asbestos in memory of those who have died from an asbestos related disease.

This year’s memorial took place on Friday 25 April 2014 at the Provands Lordship, St Nicholas Gardens, Glasgow. Phyllis Craig MBE, opened the memorial by thanking all those who made such a special effort to attend.
Phyllis Craig MBE gives Evidence to Justice Committee on Asbestos Court Reform
Phyllis Craig today gave evidence to the Justice Committee of the Scottish Parliament regarding the Courts Reform (Scotland) Bill. The proposed Bill seeks, amongst other reforms, to remove all asbestos cases, where the value is deemed to be less than £ 150,00, from the Court of Session (Scotland’s Supreme Court) to Sheriff Courts.
