We are delighted to announce the first ever Clydeside Action on Asbestos (CAA) Gala Dinner, which will raise funds to support men and woman across Scotland and their families who are living with an asbestos related disease.

MoD’s motion to dismiss asbestos-related damages claim by deceased dockyard worker’s stepchildren rejected

The Damages Scotland Act 2011 makes provision for recognition of the loss suffered by immediate family when someone dies from mesothelioma. Unbelievable, and some might even say disgraceful, technical argument regarding the definition of children proposed by the the Ministry of Defence

Appeal To Late Father’s Former Colleagues After Mother’s Mesothelioma Death

Today CAA are proud to post an appeal for witnesses on behalf of Carla O’Hara whose mother passed away from mesothelioma in August 2015, due to exposure from her husband’s work clothes.
